"The ladies in this office are amazing. I have state farm and I was just across the street when my tire blew. They let my husband and two young children stay in the office while I got a tow and got everything taken care of. These women were so nice and really went above and beyond. Now to talk state farm itself. I have coverage for towing so it was absolutely free to get my car taken to a repair shop and $30 towards a Lyft if I needed it! I ordered everything in the app and didn't need to make a single phone call (I could have called the office if that was my preferred method). Literally instant relief. Extremely convenient and very well done."
